Ingredients
- 意粉 150g
- Fresh Squid 1/2 pc
- Clams 10 pc
- Shrimps(peeled) 10 pc
- Bacon(sliced) 2 strips
- Garlic(chopped) 2 cloves
- Onion(diced) 1/4 cup
- Shallot(chopped) 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsps
- Broth 1/3 cup
- Fresh Cream 3 tbsp
- Parsley(chopped) some
- White Wine 2 tbsps
- Salt some
- White Pepper Powder some
Method
Step 1
Cut squid to circle, soak clams in light salty water to get rid off grit, rinse to clean. Rinse shrimp, and then pat dry.
Step 2
Boil spaghetti with boiling water(add salt) until done, drain.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok. Saute onion, shallot and garlic with oil, when the colour turns golden, add bacon in, saute continually.
Step 4
Add clam first, then add shrimp and squid, pour white wine in, flambee. Add broth in, cook until seafood are cooked. Season with salt and white pepper powder.
Step 5
Add spaghetti and fresh cream in, mix over high heat to thicken the sauce. Remove to plate, sprinkle parsley over and serve.
